🏋️ New Equipment at Harding Physiotherapy 💪
We’re excited to have added some new equipment to Harding Physiotherapy! We’ve invested in a new rack of weights and physio jump boxes, giving us even more options to build targeted strength and exercise-based rehab. Whether you’re recovering from an injury, building strength or working towards a sporting goal, our new equipment will help us tailor your rehabilitation to you!

🌸 World Menopause Month 💜
October is World Menopause Month, raising awareness of the physical and emotional changes that can occur during menopause. Menopause can be associated with aches, joint and muscle pain, changes in strength and mobility, and reduced confidence with exercise and everyday activities.
Physiotherapy can play an important role in helping you manage these changes. Your physiotherapist can assess your individual symptoms and provide personalised advice, exercise and treatment to help improve strength, mobility and overall physical wellbeing. Physiotherapy can also support you in staying active and maintaining confidence in movement throughout the different stages of menopause.
If you’re experiencing new aches and pains, changes in your strength or mobility, or simply want some guidance on exercising safely during menopause, we’re here to help.
