Arthritis Action

We are thrilled to let you know that Chelsea is now as associate practitioner for Arthritis Action. Arthritis Action is a charity working with anyone who has been diagnosed with arthritis. Their membership is £20 per year, and for that you gain access to specialist advice and information regarding all aspects of living well with arthritis. In addition, members can receive 2 subsidised physiotherapy sessions, which can be taken at Harding Physiotherapy.

Home Exercises

We are trialling a new exercise prescription program at the clinic until December. This new software is called PhysiTrack.

If we create exercises for you using PhysiTrack, we can also send it to you via email and its available to use in an App. This means you can access videos and audio to help you carry them our correctly. There is also a feature for you to report back compliance, logging when you carry out your exercises. You can flag if an exercise increases your pain, and the system will notify us.

In addition, it enables us to send you questionnaires about your pain/symptoms, to be completed at the start and end of your treatment journey with us.

We feel this offers more potential to keep you on the right track with your recovery. Please feed back to us how easy or hard you find it to use, as we want to have a system in place that is most user friendly!

Somersham Christmas Tree Festival!

The team at Harding Physiotherapy will be putting a tree in the Somersham Christmas Tree Festival.

The Festival runs on the last weekend in November, Saturday 25th and Sunday 26th 2023 and is held at St John the Baptist Church on Church Street in Somersham.

He is polite, knowledgeable in his field and diagnosed my shoulder problem straight away . I left after some treatment with an app to follow exercises and then at my second visit a follow up which showed improvement and more exercises until the next visit. Sam listens carefully to what’s wrong and takes you through his thoughts etc step by step. I wasn’t rushed at all. I was recommended to Harding Physio and wouldn’t hesitate in doing the same .Excellent service all round. Lovely receptionist too 😊
