We offer a range of appointment options to clients. From 25th March 2024 our pricing structure is as follows;

Valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
To be used for 10 physiotherapy follow-up appointments (excludes new condition assessments)
Valid for 10x 30-minute follow-up appointments (except for if block booking is for 10x60minute sports massage sessions)
Only valid for use by a single patient (not transferrable to family members/friends etc)
Harding Physiotherapy Ltd standard cancellation/non-attendance policy applies to all block booked appointments and any fees incurred will be deducted from the above payment accordingly. If cancelling with less than 24h notice due to possible COVID symptoms, you may switch to the remote session to avoid a cancellation fee.
Appointments must be booked by direct contact with the clinic (telephone, email, in person)
Any block booking credit not used by you within the allotted 12-month period is non-refundable UNLESS appointments are impacted by the event of another COVID lockdown. These may be either swapped for remote sessions at the time, or held as credit, which will be extended by the duration of the lockdown (eg; 4 week lockdown, once re-open block booking would have an additional 4 weeks in which to be used)
This pricing policy will be reviewed regularly.

Payment for appointments are made following your appointment, by bank transfer, card or cash.
