Small Group Pilates
We’re excited to share that the first batch of our Functional Fitness classes are now underway! If you want to move with greater ease and confidence, then these classes could be for you!
Due to popular demand, we still have a limited number of spaces available in the second block of our Small Group Pilates classes, led by Pilates expert Liz Reid, commencing on 3rd June!
Classes run on Wednesdays from 13:15–14:15, starting 3rd June, and are delivered in blocks of 4 consecutive weeks at the clinic.
Whether you’re looking to support recovery from injury, improve core strength, or simply move and feel better, these classes are suitable for a wide range of abilities.

International Men's Health Week
International Mens Health Week takes place annually in the week leading up to and including Father’s Day, with the 2026 campaign running from 15–21 June 2026.
The week aims to raise awareness of preventable health issues affecting men and boys, encourage healthier lifestyle choices, and promote early detection and treatment of physical and mental health conditions.
Many of the themes highlighted during this week are closely connected to the role our role as physiotherapists, treating:
• Musculoskeletal pain
• Workplace injuries
• Physical inactivity
• Cardiovascular health
• Injury recovery
• Mental wellbeing
Through rehabilitation and preventative care, we can help support men in improving long term mobility, maintaining an active lifestyle, and seeking help earlier to promote better overall health and wellbeing.
